By accessing and using SonoAssist's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SonoAssist provides ultrasound reporting services including:

• Virtual Assistant services for ultrasound report generation
• Web-based ultrasound reporting software platform
• Medical transcription and documentation services
• Healthcare technology consulting and support
• Integration services with existing healthcare systems

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

6. Payment Terms

• Fees are due in advance for subscription services
• Payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SonoAssist and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• You retain ownership of your medical data and content
• We retain ownership of our software, algorithms, and proprietary technology
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time
• We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonoAssist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SonoAssist and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately
• We may retain your data for a reasonable period after termination

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
